The Blue Sock team is led by multi-award winning developer and publisher Jane Whittaker and brings together some of the finest talent from around the world. The team have extensive experience in AAA open world games, cumulatively winning numerous awards and accolades in the open world, FPS, strategy and VR genres. The team has some of the world’s top selling FPS titles, including Alien Vs Predator and Goldeneye N64 in the team portfolio.

Jane Whittaker
Jane Whittaker has led and managed some of the world’s largest studios for key publishers including Electronic Arts and Atari. With over 35 years industry experience and scores of awards, Jane leads the Blue Sock Studios team.

Katie Bailey

Katie is adept at both art and publishing management, having worked as the Deputy of Jane Whittaker for the last 10 years.
Despite being born without hands, Katie is a world class artist, specializing in 2D, 3D and traditional mediums such as painting and sculpture.
Her art has been showcased in galleries around the world.
As protégé to Jane, Katie has worked on projects with Jane for companies such as Microsoft, ElectronicArts, on titles such as Neon Sword, Puzzleverse, Angry Birds VR, Rogue Islands, Microsoft Flight Simulator, Microsoft Train Simulator, Homicide Detective and many others.

Jordan Bailey

Jordan leads all things production at Blue Sock Studios and can usually be found embedded in spreadsheets and Microsoft Project.
Jordan keeps us all on our toes and on time, making sure that deliverables arrive when expected both to clients and internally.
Jordan is a skilled scrum master and organizes all the intricacies of the team workflow.
Jordan has worked on a small army of titles, both internally and with external partners, with notable releases being Angry Birds VR, Rogue Islands and Homicide Detective.
Additionally, Jordan has found a niche in world building, placing and managing assets within our open worlds, from building towns to crime scenes to designing complex landscapes.

Agnesa Belegu

Agnesa was a child of the Kosovo war, enduring the years of hardship and bombing that saw the former Yugoslavia torn asunder. Eschewing politics for passion, she was determined to secure a career in technology and video gaming. That passion took Agnesa around the world, rapidly gaining a bachelor’s degree in computer science followed up by studying game design, game programming and mobile game development in Norway. Not content with a raft of prestigious qualifications Agnesa moved to the USA to study her master’s degree at the world leading Florida Entertainment Academy gaining a Master of Science in interactive entertainment and game production.
Her incredible talents rapidly saw her integrated in to the Electronic Arts family where she was instrumental in the design of titles for the EA Sports studio in Florida. Her immeasurable skills and devotion to her craft saw rapid promotion to studio head and a return to Kosovo to lead the Zombie Soup development studio, before joining us at Blue Sock Studios to join our board of directors and lead our Kosovo development group.

In addition to her daily duties Agnesa is passionate about creating opportunities within Kosovo to create opportunities in the industry for technology tuition and support to allow young graduates entry to this incredible business, an activity which Blue Sock Studios is keen to support.

Kevin Godley

Kevin Godley, musician, music video director and the founder of the popular 70s rock band 10cc, has joined its board of directors. With millions of records sold plus a reputation as a ground breaking visual innovator, Godley brings a cinematic quality to the company’s titles, both in audio and video mediums.
Singer, songwriter, musician and director, Kevin Godley has created over 200 music videos for artists including U2, Lou Reed, The Police, Frank Sinatra, Paul McCartney, The Beatles, Elbow, Hozier etc., and is currently recording his first solo album of remote collaborations.
Godley also specializes in screenwriting, graphic design, illustration, app concepts and video-based digital art.
